emarkably poor customer service. Quotes are not reliable. We have to request multiple times for receipts or confirmation of coverage after we have paid. But the worst is that they quote a price for coverage, and then, many weeks later, we receive a notice from State Farm corporate that the price quoted was incorrect, too low - in fact, much too low, and we are billed an additional premium amount after the coverage was supposed to have already begun. In the latest situation, the Crelencia agency quoted us a price that was less than half what we were ultimately billed by State Farm. And this has happened twice in our dealings with this agency. Something is quite wrong here. These comments are not meant to reflect on State Farm, but on the Crelencia agency. We have dealt with State Farm for many, many years, and though State Farm is perhaps the most expensive coverage, they are also the best when it comes to filing a claim. But apparently they need to monitor their agents more diligently.
