I cancelled three insurance policies as the broker was not responsive. For example, my car insurance was being raised hundreds of dollars/year. And as I had not had an accident or ticket, I asked the broker for the rationale. After several email inquiries over three weeks, she finally answered me: “Clients now have to call the insurance company directly for ‘better service.’ I can’t help you.” I did-call --a waste of time: “It’s our policy.” I looked for a representative who would be responsive and advocate for me with the insurance company. I found Chris Gibbens, representing State Farm. When I had a unique policy issue, he worked for several days to get it resolved with State Farm. He helped the company realize a fix in my favor was do-able. Chris continually communicated with me over several days to update me. He was always patient and supportive. I am very happy with my decision to select him.

I have been a State Farm customer for over 45 years. During that time I've lived in 6 to 8 different US cites and had as many different St Farm agents. Prior to Chris Gibbens, the last agent I had for 30 years, and all were for autos, home, personal and business umbrella accounts. All were fine- did the job and handled a few small claims. However when the most recent agent went through a series of front office personnel changes who were not customer oriented and didn't/couldn't answer questions, communicate to the agent or return calls I decided to find a new agent. I interviewed several via phone then met with Chris and his office staff Mallory. During that intake meeting I was immediately impressed with both of them; their candor, their knowledge their willingness to review my coverage and make requested recommendations. As a result of that meeting I moved my accounts to Chris Gibbens about 6 months ago and am thoroughly pleased! They answer calls and e-mails promptly, make policy changes promptly, and have provided requested background information while at all times being courteous and professional and simply nice to work with. It's really been a pleasant surprise for me. Shame on me for spending all those years with an agent for whom I was just a commission. Do yourself a favor- if you are not THRILLED with your current insurance agent- take time to meet Chris and Malllory.
My husband and I have been very impressed with the level of service provided by Chris Gibbens' office. Jen and Cyan have been a tremendous help with several of our policy updates for rental, personal article, auto, home owner's, and life insurance. I have great comfort in knowing that each time I contact this office, that not only will I get a quick response, but that everything I have requested is taken care of correctly. I have been with State Farm since 2014, and I have to say much of that loyalty is due to their customer service. More specifically because of Cyan Quinn. She has been extraordinary in assisting with any questions or concerns that I have had, and responsive to any last minute request I’ve made. When we so often get automated pick-ups, Cyan is a welcomed voice and extraordinary presence on the other end of a call. Even after moving states, Cyan was the first person I contacted to get connected with a local State Farm office. Cyan’s love for the work and the customer service make State Farm number one in my book, and I look forward to continued years of work with them.
