Carol Flores’s firm doesn’t an excellent job of answering the phone, having the right information at the receptionist, Skye. Skye is very friendly and extremely helpful. Drew who also works there has been a long time colleague and is amazing. Drew is outstanding, thorough , pleasant as well as knowledgeable about the whole business.

Been with State Farm for 30 years in multiple locations across the States, Carol Flores is by far the best agent we have had during this time. My 16 year old just had a "New Driver Talk" with her (I was listening in the background) and I was really impressed with the important points she covered/reinforced during the conversation. I had never heard of an insurance agent doing this and am thankful she goes the extra mile to do it.
